What is People Analytics?
People analytics at PMaps helps to take better decisions and is an enabler for Strategic Thinking for leaders in the organization by using large set of Data and application of Mathematics, Statistics and Technology.

Data Management and PMaps Diagnostic:
The Data management includes Gathering Initial Data, Conducting Focused Group Discussion (FGD), Collecting Stakeholder’s Feedback, Analyzing the Job Description (JD) etc. Further, PMaps Diagnostics is conducted so as to Identify the Business Problem and set the desired hypothesis.
Descriptive Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Validating the selected hypothesis are some of the important steps in the data analysis process.
Model Validation and Live Dashboard:
Model Validation includes Development of Machine Learning Model for the selected hypothesis and Validate the same at frequent intervals for a better Accuracy. The Output is presented through various Data Visualization tools via Dynamic Dashboards.
